The Academia-Industry Training (AIT) is a startup accelerator program and the main innovation-based instrument of the Leading House for the Latin American Region. The AIT helps Swiss, Brazilian, Colombian, and Mexican PhD students, PostDocs, and professors innovate and develop their entrepreneurial and business skills. The AIT program helps them transform their research into market applications while also teaching them the tools and methodologies for more sustainability and social impact.

This program is managed by the Head of Innovation-based instruments, Dr. Rocío Robinson-Wiedemann.
