GIMLA organizes regularly executive courses, either bringing Latin American organizations to Switzerland or the other way around. These activities are supported by excellent academics and a supportive ecosystem of Swiss and Latin American representations.

Responding to challenges related to both Latin American and Swiss markets, our Institute designs tailor-made executive courses building on the expertise and direct collaboration of the University of St.Gallen's top researchers and renowned professors. Since 2018, The "Advanced Coop Management" courses already took place seven times in St.Gallen. Directors and high-ranked executive managers from different sectors of the cooperative business including agriculture, dairy, health, and the finance sector spent one week at the University of St.Gallen to receive lectures and assignments on current and future challenges of the cooperative sector.
